Meat Sambosa

ingredients :

Sambosa Dough :

2 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 Egg
1 Tsp maamool mixed spices
1 Tsp salt
Sambosa Filling :
300 gm lamb meat chopped ...



3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tsp salt
1/2 cup Quaker oats



1 Tbsp yogurt
3/4 cup warm water
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 Tsp cinnamon
1/4 Tsp black pepper

Method :

1. To make dough, mix all dough ingredients and knead very well for 5 to 6 minutes then leave dough to rest for 1hour .
2. To make filling, heat oil in medium sauce pan and sauté onion until light golden .
3. Add ground meat, season with cinnamon, salt and pepper and cook until dry .
4. Roll dough very thinly and cut into 3 inch rounds, fill each with 1 Tbsp meat and then seal to close .
5. deep fry and serve.
